This module is more than just understanding these systems; it’s about cultivating a systems mindset. We’ll dissect how systems function, interact, and influence our organisations and personal lives, empowering you to identify system transformation points. Once the veil of the system’s perspective is lifted, effective communication becomes essential. Stories are the catalysts for change.     This module continues the journey from theory to action, focusing on how to effectively make the case for circularity and measure the benefits. Building on the foundations participants have gained, this module will guide you through the process of transforming identified opportunities into compelling cases for integration and implementation.You’ll explore the importance of integrating circularity into governance through a Networked Governance approach, applying circular accounting methods, and setting metrics as well as meaningful and achievable targets to track progress, ensuring your circular economy initiatives are both impactful and relevant.

    In our final module, we’ll conclude our exploration of circularity with a dynamic pitch showcase of your circular opportunities. This is your chance to elevate your circular initiative and make a lasting impact. Inspired by the innovative solutions of your peers, you’ll refine and present your own compelling circular case. Vie for the opportunity to share your vision with the entire group and secure coveted mentoring time with the expert Coreo team. As we draw our journey to a close, we’ll celebrate our collective growth and commit to a more circular future. You’ll develop your personal “Doing Declarations,” outlining the specific actions you’ll take to implement circular practices beyond this course. We’ll reflect on our learnings, the connections we’ve forged, and the positive impact we’ll make together.
